What is a credit?
One credit equals one successful operation — one background removal, one image enhancement, one vector conversion or one image-to-SVG job. Failed jobs are never charged.
Do I get free credits every day?
Yes. Every signed-in account receives a daily free allowance that resets automatically. When it runs out, subscription or one-time credits are used instead.
What is the difference between a subscription and a one-time pack?
A subscription refills your credits automatically every billing cycle and removes ads. A one-time pack is a single purchase — the credits stay in your account until you use them, with no recurring charge.
Do one-time credits expire?
No. Credits from a one-time pack never expire. Subscription credits are refreshed at the start of each billing period.
In which order are my credits used?
Daily free credits are always used first, then your subscription balance, and finally your one-time credits — so you never waste what you paid for.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes. Cancel with one click from your account page. You keep full access and your remaining credits until the end of the current billing period.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe, as well as PayPal. All payments are processed securely and we never store your card details.
Will I still see ads on a paid plan?
No. Active subscribers and anyone holding one-time credits browse the site completely ad-free.
Can I get an invoice for my company?
Yes. Every payment generates a downloadable invoice in your Transactions page.
Do you offer refunds?
If a conversion fails because of a problem on our side, the credit is returned automatically. For anything else, contact us and we will look into it.
